| “The World Congress of
Anaesthesiologists is always a very
special event, attracting
anaesthesiologists from all over the
world to join and share their
expertise. It distinguishes itself
from other large meetings in that it
takes place in South Africa in 2008
and thus apart from other annual
large meetings that usually reside
in the United States or Europe. As
European and American views may
sometimes differ this congress
offers the unique opportunity to
discuss different attitudes and
approaches including those from
continents that do not dominate
other meetings. This unique chance
should not be missed and I would
like to encourage everybody involved
in academic anaesthesiology to join
us at Cape Town in March 2008!” |
