We have, recently, experienced a minor technical
issue with some of the software that we use for
registration. To offset any inconvenience this might
have caused, we are delighted to announce that the
early registration cut-off date has been extended.
The new cut-off date is 21hrs (CET) on15 November
2007.
How does the online booking module work?
To Register simply click on the Register Now icon,
this will direct you to the booking form. All you
have to do is complete this form making sure that
you fill in each field, particularly those which are
marked REQ . It is important that you enter your
email address correctly as this will be the main
means of communication. You will see that you are
also required to fill in your mobile phone number.
This will be used by us to welcome you to WCA and
will then only be used in the case of an emergency;
therefore please make sure you enter the mobile
phone number for the phone that you will take with
you to Cape Town.
Later in the booking process, you will need to
select the registration rate that applies to you,
before letting us know of any dietary requirements
and fields of interest that you may have. The last
step is the most critical as it is the payment page
and the one that completes the transaction. Simply
enter the details of your credit card on our secure
payment page, tick the box to acknowledge acceptance
of the official WCA terms and conditions, and click
"continue" for your payment to be processed in real
time. A few minutes after the successful completion
of the transaction, you will receive an
acknowledgement email. Our payment module integrates
the 3D Secure identification processes ( Verified by
Visa , MasterCard SecureCode ) in order to offer you
greater
protection against online fraud.
How to register if you prefer not to use the
online booking module?
Of course, you are not obliged to use our online
booking module. You can complete the downloadable
booking
form and fax it
to our registration team on +44 (0) 870 013 2940.
Please note, that a €25 administration fee is added
to each registration form that needs to be processed
manually. You can avoid this fee, simply, by
registering online using our online booking module.
It is easier and faster for you, and is our
recommended registration method. Submission of the
signed registration form denotes your consent to the
official WCA terms and conditions, as listed on the
congress website www.WCA2008.com and for OPTIONS to
debit your credit card by the appropriate amount.
