An Industrial Scientific Meeting Room offers your company an opportunity to hold small meetings during WCA2008.
All Meeting Rooms are scheduled to be held in one of the meeting rooms of the CTICC or the neighbouring Sheraton
Hotel with a capacity between 12 and 60 delegates.
By booking an industrial meeting room you will be entitled to:
- Half-Day/Full day or Congress duration:
- Theatre or Board style seating from 12-60 delegates.

How to reserve your industrial session
Industrial sessions are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your preferred location
and avoid disappointment, you are strongly urged to book early.
Note: ALL symposiums, workshops & meeting rooms MUST be arranged and held during the official
WCA and booked via Peter Monk at Options Eurocongress. Under No circumstances should offsite symposiums,
workshops or meeting rooms are to be held where delegates are invited too without prior consent of
Peter Monk at Options Eurocongress.
