Participation Contract

In order to book your preferred opportunity (whether it be exhibition, industrial session, sponsorship or advertising) please complete the Partnership Contract and send it by email to WCA2008@optionsglobal.com

Instructions

Saving the document
- The Participation Contract is an MS Excel file. When you click on the link, you will be asked to open or save the file.
- Choose to save the file, on your computer on the location of your choice.
- Afterwards you can open the file in Excel when it suits you.

Fill out and send
- Please complete the form making sure that you fill-out all of the required fields. These are indicated with a red asterisk.
- Select the promotional opportunities that you wish to order.
- Once you have completed the form, please save it on your computer. This can be done by using the "save as" function in the file menu.
- Email the saved file to  WCA2008@optionsglobal.com

Note: If you experience difficulties saving the Excel registration from here, you can easily find the file in the folder "Extras" on the CDrom.
