Participation Contract
In order to book your preferred opportunity
(whether it be exhibition, industrial session,
sponsorship or advertising) please complete
the Partnership Contract and send it by email

Instructions
Saving the document
- The Participation Contract is an MS Excel file. When you click on the
link, you will be asked to open or save the file.
- Choose to save the file, on your computer on the location of your choice.
- Afterwards you can open the file in Excel when it suits you.
Fill out and send
- Please complete the form making sure that you fill-out all of the required
fields. These are indicated with a red asterisk.
- Select the promotional opportunities that you wish to order.
- Once you have completed the form, please save it on your computer. This
can be done by using the "save as" function in the file menu.
- Email the saved file to WCA2008@optionsglobal.com
Note: If you experience difficulties saving the Excel registration from
here, you can easily find the file in the folder "Extras" on the CDrom.
