A symposium offers your company a unique
opportunity to support an event including the
topics and speakers of your choice. All Symposia
are scheduled to be held in Hall 1B near the
exhibition halls with a capacity up to 900
delegates. Please note that the content, the
speakers and the time slots are subject to
approval by the chairman of the scientific
committee who, in return, will endeavour to
avoid the scheduling of sessions of similar
interest.
By booking a symposium you will be entitled to:
- Room rental for 3 hours:
- 45 minutes set-up
- 2-hour meeting
- 15 minutes dismantle
- Theatre style seating up to 900 delegates
- LCD projector and screen
- Basic lighting and audio support
- Symposium details on the WCA 2008 website

- Complimentary advert in order to promote your
symposium (no company adverts are allowed)
- Speaker Table for 4 persons with table-top
microphones
- 1 Lectern (Podium) with gooseneck microphone
- 2 wireless microphones for the audience
