An Industrial Scientific Workshop offers your
company a unique opportunity to support an event
including the topics and speakers of your choice
but on a smaller scale than a symposium. All
workshops are scheduled to be held in one of the
meeting rooms of the CTICC with a capacity up to
350 delegates. Please note that the content, the
speakers and the time slots are subject to
approval by the chairman of the scientific
committee who, in return, will endeavour to
avoid the scheduling of sessions of similar
interest.
By booking a symposium you will be entitled to:
- Room rental for 2 hours:
- 45 minutes set-up
- 1-hour meeting
- 15 minutes dismantle
- Theatre style seating up to 350 delegates
- LCD projector and screen
- Basic lightning and audio support
- Workshop details on the WCA 2008 website

symposium (no company advert allowed)
- Speaker Table for 3 persons with microphones
- 1 Lectern (Podium) with gooseneck microphone
