The official WCA2008 USB Stick will contain all accepted abstracts at WCA2008 with a searchable database
and a user-friendly data system. In addition there will be plenty of spare space on the stick for delegates
to store their own files. This makes it an essential reference tool that will be highly valued by all delegates.
As a sponsor of the Abstracts USB stick, you will benefit from a very high-degree of visibility. You can place
your logo on the cover of the USB stick as well as having a special section on the USB sticks navigation menu.
You can choose from having the Abstract USB Stick distributed to each delegate at registration or from having
a voucher placed in the delegate bag, requiring them to exchange it for the USB stick on your stand.

Throughout the week of WCA2008, we will be filming the most memorable moments. The footage shot will be used for a
closing video to be premiered during the WCA2008 closing ceremony. As part of the post-event follow-up, we will be
emailing a copy of this video to all delegates as well as uploading a copy on the WCA2008.com website. By sponsoring
this item, your logo will appear in the credits and in the relevant announcements in the email and on the website.

| 4. Congress Bag - Inserts |

Cost: 1,750
Every delegate who registrars for the WCA will receive a congress bag and by sponsoring a bag insert, this is an
ideal opportunity for your company to gain access to every delegate, this in turn gives you the opportunity to
provide delegates with information on your company or promotional material.
The insert maybe up to A4 in size and no more than 4-pages in total, thus making it an ideal opportunity to
highlight events such as your official symposium or workshop or even a competition that you maybe running
at your exhibition stand.
We will also allow other inserts into the bag such as company CD-ROMs or memory sticks.

| 5. Sponsorship - Delegate Bus transfers |
|
|
|
|
Cost: 40,000
An important element in an enhanced delegate experience is the ease of commuting to/from the airport,
CTICC and hotel. As such we will be offering a complimentary airport transfer for all delegates who
register before 01 November 2007, and complimentary hotel<->CTICC transfers for all delegates staying in
one of the official hotels. We believe that this is particularly important, particularly given the poor
public transport in Cape Town.
By sponsoring the bus transfers, you will benefit from having your logo displayed in the front windscreen
of the bus and will have the opportunity to play a sponsored information broadcast message on each journey.
This is surely a sponsorship opportunity that will come to the attention of every WCA2008 delegate!

| 6. Sponsorship - Note Paper |
|
|

Exclusive Opportunity
The standard notepaper is being offered to the WCA2008 delegate with a bit of a twist. It will be in a
handy format that is convenient for writing notes and will have a special anti-slip back so that is can
also be used as a mouse-pad. This is designed so that the delegate will use the notepaper after the meeting
when back at home or in hospital.
This sponsorship opportunity consequently offers you a longer-term visibility than most. The sponsored notepaper
is one of the few sponsored items that will be packed in the congress delegate bags.

on the best restaurants for a given cuisine and budget. All restaurant reservations can be made through

the guide as well as having it displayed at our restaurant reservations desk.

| 10. Sponsorship - Delegate handouts |

Many speakers like to offer delegate handouts as part of their learning experience.
Each of the handouts will come with a WCA2008 cover page listing the session title and speaker name.
By sponsoring the delegate handouts, you will be able to have your logo prominently position on the
cover page. As such, your company will be intrinsically linked to education.

| 11. Sponsorship - Staff Uniforms |
|

Exclusive Opportunity
One of our more mobile opportunities is Staff Uniform sponsorship. All door control staff,
technical staff and stewards will wear T-shirts similar to the one indicated below in blue.
We will also be offering for sale T-shirts to congress delegates, similar to the one indicated below
in white. By sponsoring this item, your logo will appear on both sleeves and will benefit from high visibility.
